ORGANISMOS DE CONTROL EXPIDEN CIRCULAR CONJUNTA EN RELACIÓN CON LA CONTRATACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN ÉPOCA ELECTORAL

Con el fin de evitar riesgos en la contratación administrativa con motivo del próximo debate electoral, la Contralora General de la República, Sandra Morelli Rico, el Procurador General de la Nación, Alejandro Ordoñez Maldonado, y el Auditor General de la República, Iván Darío Gómez Lee, en el marco de sus respectivas competencias, instaron a los jefes, representantes legales y ordenadores del gasto de las entidades públicas a cumplir cabalmente las exigencias legales que requiere la contratación directa, utilizar adecuadamente la figura de la “Urgencia Manifiesta”, celebrar los llamados contratos interadministrativos y con fundaciones sólo en casos excepcionales.
