DIRECTIVA 001 DE 2012 DEL PROCURADOR GENERAL DE LA NACIÓN Y LOS NUEVOS PLANES DE DESARROLLO

Teniendo en cuenta que nos encontramos adelantando el proceso de estructuración de los nuevos planes de desarrollo departamentales y municipales, consideramos pertinente compartir con nuestros lectores la Directiva No. 001, proferida el pasado 26 de enero de 2012 por el señor Procurador General de la Nación, mediante la cual se insta, entre otras autoridades, a los gobernadores, diputados, alcaldes y concejales a cumplir con la obligación de incluir en los próximos planes de desarrollo temas como los derechos de la infancia, la adolescencia y la juventud; la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional y su eficacia en la primera infancia; la política criminal juvenil; los derechos de las mujeres; los derechos de la familia; la educación integral y el embarazo adolecente; el derecho a la vivienda digna como medio para garantizar los derechos de la infancia, la adolescencia, la mujer y la familia.

Igualmente, solicita a los gobernadores y alcaldes remitir los Planes de Desarrollo debidamente aprobados, a partir del 3 de julio de 2012 y hasta el 30 del mismo mes, a la Procuraduría General de la Nación, Delegada para la Defensa de los Derechos de la Infancia, la Adolescencia y la Familia, tanto en medio físico (CD) como vía correo electrónico; al tiempo que ordena a los procuradores regionales, judiciales en asuntos de familia y provinciales, así como a los personeros municipales, hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de la citada Directiva.
