EL 30 DE ABRIL VENCE EL PLAZO PARA REPORTAR AL DAFP LOS EMPLEOS DE CARRERA EN VACANCIA DEFINITIVA – ENTIDADES TERRITORIALES

Según lo expresado en la Circular Externa No. 100-004-2015, suscrita por la directora del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, las entidades territoriales –departamento y municipios- tienen plazo hasta el próximo 30 de abril de 2015 para reportar los empleos de carrera que se encuentran en vacancia definitiva y suministrar la información correspondiente a la contratación de prestación de servicios de personas naturales y jurídicas.

La citada Circular aclara que los empleos de carrera están en vacancia definitiva cuando no cuentan con un titular de carrera, y pueden ser provistos mediante encargo o nombramiento provisional.

En consecuencia, el Plan Anual de Vacantes debe reportarse a través de la página web del Sistema Único de Información y Gestión del Empleo Público, Sigep www.sigep.gov.co, ingresando el botón Reporte de información, de la sección servicios del portal.

Según Francisco Camargo Salas, Director de Empleo Público de la Función Pública, "Esta información es muy importante porque nos va a permitir saber efectivamente cuántos cargos provisionales, cuantos encargos y cuantas vacancias definitivas hay en cada entidad territorial. El plan anual de vacantes es una responsabilidad que por la Ley 909, todos los entes territoriales deben reportarle a la Función Pública para que a su vez se la remitamos a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil"
