REGLAMENTADO EL SISTEMA GENERAL DE REGALÍAS

Teniendo en cuenta que el pasado 17 de mayo fue sancionada la Ley 1530 de 2012, "por la cual se regula la organización y el funcionamiento del sistema general de regalías" que es desarrollo del Acto Legislativo 05 de 2011, por el cual se constituye el Sistema General de Regalías, se modifican los artículos 360 y 361 de la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre el régimen de regalías y compensaciones", por ser un tema de vital importancia para la realización de obras de alto impacto en las entidades territoriales, queremos compartir con nuestros lectores, no sólo el Acto Legislativo y la citada Ley sino también los decretos reglamentarios que a la fecha ha expedido el Gobierno Nacional sobre este importante tema.

Acto Legislativo 5 DE 2011, “Por el cual se constituye el Sistema General de Regalías, se modifican los artículos 360 y 361 de la Constitución Política y se dictan otras disposiciones sobre el Régimen de Regalías y Compensaciones.”

Ley 1530 de 2012, "Por la cual se regula la organización y el funcionamiento del sistema general de regalías"

Decreto 1075 de 2012, "Por el cual se reglamenta la organización y funcionamiento de los Órganos Colegiados de Administración y Decisión y las secretarías técnicas, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 6 de la Ley N° 1530 de 2012"

Decreto 1076 de 2012, “Por el cual se reglamenta la administración del Fondo de Ahorro y Estabilización del Sistema General de Regalías”

Decreto 1077 de 2012, "Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley No. 1530 de 2012 en materia presupuestal y se dictan otras disposiciones"

Tan pronto se publique el texto de la sentencia C-317-12, por la cual la Corte Constitucional declaró la exequibilidad del Acto Legislativo 5 de 2011, actualizaremos su enlace.
