LAS ENTIDADES TERRITORIALES DEBEN ENVIAR AL SIGEP LA INFORMACIÓN RELACIONADA CON LAS PRESTACIONES SOCIALES Y LOS ELEMENTOS SALARIALES DE SUS EMPLEADOS

De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1463 de 2013, expedido el pasado 10 de julio, por medio del cual se solicita una información en materia salarial y prestacional a nivel territorial, con el fin, entre otros propósitos, de revisar la política salarial a nivel territorial, se requiere que las autoridades del nivel territorial suministren la información al SIGEP de los elementos salariales y prestacionales que reconocen a sus servidores en el nivel departamental y municipal.

En consecuencia, los gobernadores, alcaldes y los demás “jefes de los organismos y entidades del nivel central y descentralizado de la administración pública del orden territorial deberán suministrar a través del SIGEP, en los plazos allí señalados, a la dirección electrónica www.sigep.gov.co la información relacionada con las prestaciones sociales y los elementos salariales, cualquiera que sea la denominación de las mismas, primas, bonificaciones, auxilios, entre otros, que actualmente perciben los servidores públicos del nivel territorial.”

“Las Asambleas y los Concejos Distritales y Municipales reportarán la información a la Gobernación o Alcaldía respectiva y ésta, a su vez, la remitirá al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, conjuntamente con la información de las entidades y organismos del respectivo Departamento o Municipio.”
