NUEVA BONIFICACIÓN DE GESTIÓN TERRITORIAL PARA TODOS LOS ALCALDES – DECRETO 1390 DE 2013

Con efectos fiscales a partir del primero de enero de 2013, a través del Decreto 1390, por el cual se dictan disposiciones en materia prestacional para los Alcaldes, expedido el pasado 28 de junio, el Gobierno Nacional creó la bonificación de gestión territorial para los alcaldes, la cual consiste en una mesada adicional que se pagará en dos contados en los meses de junio y diciembre de cada año.

Dicha bonificación corresponde al 100% de la remuneración mensual por concepto de asignación básica más gastos de representación para los alcaldes de los municipios de categoría especial, primera, segunda y tercera y del 150% para los alcaldes de los municipios de categoría cuarta, quinta y sexta.

Para la vigencia fiscal del año 2013, el valor de la bonificación de gestión territorial correspondiente al mes de junio se reconocerá y pagará en el mes de julio de 2013.

Esta bonificación de gestión territorial no constituye factor para liquidar elementos salariales o prestacionales.
