HASTA EL 22 DE OCTUBRE TIENEN PLAZO LOS CONCEJOS MUNICIPALES PARA SOLICITAR EL APOYO DE LA ESAP EN LA REALIZACIÓN DEL CONCURSO PARA ELEGIR PERSONEROS MUNICIPALES

Así se desprende del contenido de la Circular Conjunta 100-004-2015 del 8 de octubre, suscrita por el Ministerio del Interior, la Procuraduría General de la Nación, el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública y la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública.

La citada Circular parte de la base de que son los actuales concejales quienes deben iniciar el proceso de elección de los futuros personeros y que concurso es reglado, por lo que el desconocimiento de los términos establecidos en la norma implica el incumplimiento de la ley, la afectación de la prestación de un servicio que tiene un alto impacto en la ciudadanía y la reducción injustificada del periodo de dichos servidores.

Igualmente, que la ESAP tiene la competencia para prestar apoyo a los concejos en la realización de este concurso, para lo cual se podrán suscribir los correspondientes convenios interadministrativos de cooperación.

Por ello, se ha establecido como plazo para que los concejos municipales interesados en dicho apoyo por parte de la ESAP se inscriban en la página web establecida para tal efecto, hasta el día 22 de octubre de 2015.

Para tal efecto, los concejos deberán autorizar a sus mesas directivas para suscribir el convenio, e inscribirse, antes de la fecha arriba citada, en el link concursopersoneros.esap.edu.co, correo electrónico personeros2015@esap.edu.co, de la página web www.esap.edu.co.
