LAS AUTORIDADES DEBERÁN REPORTAR INFORMACIÓN DEL TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO AUTORIZADO PARA EL RADIO DE ACCIÓN MUNICIPAL

Supertransporte
Mediante la Circular Externa No. 050 del 29 de abril de 2016, la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte ordenó a los alcaldes, secretarios de tránsito, de movilidad o de transporte y demás autoridades competentes para otorgar autorizaciones para la prestación del servicio público de transporte, reportar, de manera obligatoria, la información del transporte autorizado para el radio de acción municipal.

¿Qué deben reportar?


En consecuencia, las autoridades municipales de transporte deberán reportar la información relacionada con todas las empresas habilitadas en sus respectivos municipios en la modalidades de servició público individual de pasajeros tipo taxi, colectivo o mixto, indicando, entre otros datos, el nombre, tipo de empresa, la modalidad habilitada, representante legal, acto administrativo habilitante, radio de acción, la capacidad trasportadora y el tipo de vehículos vinculados.

¿Cuándo y cómo?


Para cumplir lo anterior, la citada circular distribuye los departamentos del país en diez grupos, fijando las fechas límite en las cuales los correspondientes municipios deberán enviar la información solicitada al correo electrónico municipios@supertransporte.gov.co, pudiendo descargar el formato que habrá de diligenciarse en el sitio:

El incumplimiento en la obligación del reporte de la información solicitada acarreará las sanciones respectivas.
