EL DNP PUBLICA INFORME DEL DESEMPEÑO FISCAL E INTEGRAL DE LOS MUNICIPIOS DE COLOMBIA PARA EL AÑO 2014

El Departamento Nacional de Planeación publicó ayer en su página web el informe del desempeño fiscal e integral de los 1.102 municipios colombianos para el año 2014.

Según el DNP,  633 municipios evidenciaron mejoras en su desempeño integral en el 2014 frente al 2013, mientras que 44 registran bajos niveles de gestión. Entre el 2011 y 2014, 801 municipios mejoraron sus niveles de desempeño y un 27% disminuyeron sus resultados.

En el rango de sobresaliente figuran Medellín, Itagüí y Mosquera. Entre los 10 primeros se encuentran ocho municipios de Cundinamarca. Respecto al desempeño fiscal 749 municipios mejoraron su desempeño en comparación con el 2014. Las capitales con mejor desempeño fiscal fueron Medellín con, con 85,5 puntos, seguida de Bogotá con 85,1.

Los indicadores analizados permitirán a los nuevos mandatarios ver cómo reciben los procesos de gestión pública y a así tomar las medidas de mejora necesarias.

Los indicadores analizados fueron eficacia, eficiencia, cumplimiento de requisitos legales y gestión administrativa y fiscal.

El informe presenta los resultados por las regiones en que está divido el país, donde se obtuvo que Rionegro, el mejor municipio, y Sucre, el mejor departamento en desempeño fiscal.
