EL 31 DE AGOSTO VENCE EL PLAZO PARA QUE MUNICIPIOS EXPLIQUEN BAJOS RESULTADOS DEL USO DE LOS RECURSOS DE SGP

El Departamento Nacional de Planeación ha publicado recientemente el "Informe de Monitoreo a los Recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones de Propósito General y Asignaciones Especiales - Vigencia 2010 y Primer Semestre de 2011", documento en el cual se analiza el manejo que las entidades territoriales, departamentos y municipios, han dado a los recursos en materia de educación, salud, cultura y deporte y asignaciones especiales como alimentación escolar, entre otros aspectos, y se indican los niveles de riesgo por cada uno de temas analizados.

En este informe se muestran indicadores de apropiaciones presupuestales y ejecución de recursos, cumplimiento en la entrega de informes y manejo contable. Se indican algunos de los municipios que mejor comportamiento han tenido en estas materias, así como los que peores indicadores mostraron.

Igualmente, como consecuencia del citado informe, el DNP ha dado plazo a las entidades territoriales hasta el próximo 31 de agosto para explicar sus resultados cuando éstos han obtenido una calificación inferior de 70% de cumplimiento.
